These Terms apply to our websites, including thegeomethod.com and masterclass.thegeomethod.com, and to products and services purchased through or in connection with those websites.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a purchase.
By purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
1. About The Geo Method
The Geo Method provides sales education, training, courses, masterclasses, digital content and related products and services.
Our content is intended to provide education and training relating to sales, business development, communication and associated topics.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase products or services from us.
If you purchase on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to enter into the agreement on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when making a purchase is accurate and complete.
3. Orders and Formation of Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant product or service subject to these Terms.
A contract between you and QDL Alegria Kft. is formed when we accept your order and/or provide confirmation of your purchase.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where payment has not been successfully authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse, incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed, the product is unavailable, or we are legally unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and you have not received the relevant product or service, we will refund the applicable amount.
4. Prices and Payment
The current price of The Geo Method Masterclass is £297, unless a different price, promotion or offer is displayed at the time of purchase.
Prices for other products or services will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.
Where applicable, taxes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the information presented to you during checkout.
Payments are processed using Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.
We do not normally receive or store your complete payment-card details. Payment information is processed by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.
5. Digital Content and Course Access
The Geo Method Masterclass and other online courses are digital products.
Following successful payment, you will be provided with or sent instructions for accessing the relevant course or digital content.
Course content is currently delivered using Systeme.io.
Purchasers of The Geo Method Masterclass receive lifetime access to the course, including access to future updates that are made to the course, subject to these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, "lifetime access" means access for as long as The Geo Method continues to make the relevant course available. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser or guarantee that the course, The Geo Method, Systeme.io or any particular technology platform will operate indefinitely.
If we change the platform used to host the course, we may require you to create or activate an account on a replacement platform in order to continue accessing the course.
We may update, expand, replace, reorganise or remove individual lessons or materials as the course develops. Your access includes future updates made generally available as part of The Geo Method Masterclass at no additional charge.
Lifetime access does not automatically include separate future products, courses, coaching programmes, services or other paid offerings unless we expressly state otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to the email account used for your purchase and keeping your login credentials secure.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, your purchase provides access for one individual user only.
You must not share your account or login credentials with another person or allow another person to access paid content using your account.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Digital Content
Consumers in certain jurisdictions, including the European Union and United Kingdom, may ordinarily have a statutory right to withdraw from certain online contracts within 14 days.
Different rules apply where digital content is supplied immediately.
Where you request immediate access to digital content during the statutory withdrawal period, we will ask you to expressly consent to the supply of that digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that, once supply of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in relation to that digital content, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Accordingly, where:
you have expressly requested or consented to immediate supply of the digital content;
you have acknowledged that you will lose your statutory withdrawal right once supply begins; and
we begin supplying the digital content,
you will no longer have the statutory 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right in respect of that digital content, to the extent provided by applicable law.
We will provide confirmation of your contract and, where required, your consent and acknowledgement in a durable form such as email.
If we have not obtained the consent, acknowledgement or provided the information required by applicable law, your statutory rights will not be affected by anything in these Terms.
This section does not affect any statutory rights or remedies you may have where digital content is faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fails to conform to applicable consumer law.
7. Refunds
Except where we expressly offer a refund guarantee or where you have a statutory right to a refund or other remedy, purchases of digital content are non-refundable once supply has begun following the consent and acknowledgement described in Section 6.
We do not provide refunds merely because you change your mind after beginning to access the course, decide not to complete the course, do not have sufficient time to use the course, fail to use your account, or do not achieve a particular business, financial, sales or personal outcome.
Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
If you believe you are legally entitled to a refund or other remedy, contact support@thegeomethod.com with your purchase details and an explanation of the issue.
8. Course Availability and Updates
We aim to keep The Geo Method Masterclass available to purchasers on an ongoing basis in accordance with the lifetime-access commitment described above.
Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, platform migrations or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may make reasonable changes to course content over time, including adding new material, updating existing lessons, replacing outdated content, reorganising modules or removing material that is no longer relevant.
Purchasers of The Geo Method Masterclass will receive access to updates that we make generally available as part of the existing Masterclass without an additional course-access fee.
This does not entitle purchasers to separate future products, programmes, live coaching, consulting, events, communities, memberships or other services unless those are expressly included in the product purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content made available through The Geo Method is owned by or licensed to QDL Alegria Kft. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
This includes, without limitation, videos, course lessons, training materials, sales frameworks, scripts, documents, worksheets, graphics, written content, presentations, downloads, website content, branding and other educational materials.
When you purchase a course or digital product, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own personal or internal business learning purposes.
Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.
Unless we have expressly given you written permission, you must not copy or reproduce our course materials, share course materials with other people, share your login credentials, record or redistribute course videos, upload our content to another website or platform, sell or commercially distribute our materials, make our paid content publicly available, create competing training materials substantially derived from our proprietary course content, or otherwise exploit our intellectual property outside the licence granted to you.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our digital products where we reasonably believe that you have materially breached these Terms.
This may include circumstances where you share your account with unauthorised users, redistribute or reproduce paid course materials, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, use our products for unlawful purposes or infringe our intellectual-property rights.
Where appropriate, we may give you an opportunity to remedy a breach before terminating access.
Serious infringement, fraud, security abuse or deliberate unauthorised distribution of our content may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Termination under this section does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Educational Purposes and Results Disclaimer
The Geo Method provides educational and training content.
We may discuss sales techniques, business strategies, revenue, commissions, deals, conversion rates, performance, case studies and results achieved by us or others.
Any such examples are provided for educational or illustrative purposes.
We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular sales, revenue, income, commission, business or other result from purchasing or using our products.
Results vary significantly depending on factors including experience, skill, industry, product, market, implementation, effort and circumstances outside our control.
Testimonials, case studies, examples and previous results should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of your own future performance.
You remain responsible for how you apply the information contained in our courses and for decisions you make in relation to your business, career or sales activities.
12. No Professional Advice
Unless expressly stated otherwise, our educational content does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax, investment or other regulated professional advice.
Where professional advice is appropriate to your circumstances, you should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional.
13. Third-Party Services
Our websites and products rely on third-party services including payment processors, course-hosting platforms and other technology providers.
These may include Stripe, Systeme.io and other providers.
We are not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
Third-party platforms may also have their own terms and privacy policies governing your interaction with their services.
14. Website Use
You agree not to use our websites or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with their operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data, introduce malware or other harmful technology, systematically extract protected content without permission, infringe our intellectual-property rights or the rights of another person, or otherwise use them in a way that could reasonably damage our websites, systems or business.
15. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
Where you purchase our products wholly or mainly for business purposes, additional limitations permitted under applicable law may apply.
We do not guarantee that our websites or course platforms will operate continuously without interruption or error, although this does not affect your statutory rights regarding digital content you have purchased.
16. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where that delay or failure results from circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Where such circumstances materially affect a product or service you have purchased, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
17. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with The Geo Method Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, the third parties we use and your data protection rights.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our products, business, technology or applicable law.
The Terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those in effect when you made that purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
The "Last updated" date at the beginning of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised.
19. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and contracts entered into under them are governed by the laws of Hungary, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of your country of residence where those protections apply irrespective of the chosen governing law.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits any right you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in a court or jurisdiction available to you under mandatory applicable law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
